Director Devin Graham and Vooray first built an enormous slide down a hillside next to a lake. Then they hooked up an inflatable raft to a bungee cord pulled by an ATV. Finally, they whipped the raft down the slide, over and over, catapult-style, at high speeds, sending its riders up a ramp and careening out over the lake. Filmed in Paradise Utah, on private property. Vooray built the jump and rigged the whole thing together. The distance of the lake was 150 feet. Several people had been flung 120 feet during the filming of the video.

My Life at Speed Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer, Chris Nazarenus, had a chance meeting with key executives at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway in 1998. It would be the "Jerry McGuire" moment that would change her life forever. Although she knew nothing about motorsports at that time, the chance meeting would influence her passion for all things fast, great stories and interesting people. That's what you will find here at My Life at Speed. Visit Site →
