Very little information about this video about Flat Track Racing in Europe. Anybody know more about it??

Flat track, or speedway here, is very famous in northern Europe (England, Denmark, Sweden, Poland..). It started in Australia and came to the continent through the relationship between England and Australia on the 20′s. Ice racing is also very popular there 😉 In fact, there are many people who thinks knee down comes from ice racing.
