The Ducati Spider Grips team was excited to get things underway at the 2008 Pikes Peak International Hill Climb. The Hypermotard is an extraordinary motorcycle and I was so pleased to be riding such a great motorcycle. The Ducati brand is legendary. The Hypermotard has been newly introduced and no one knew how it would perform on the dirt. Although Pikes Peak was being transitioned from dirt to all asphalt, key sections were still unpaved for the 2008 event.
