Ricky Bobby likes to go fast but, we’re not talking about that wacky character from the movie this time around; but a rescued dachshund formerly known as Phoenix. Little is known about his life before being rescued by The Humane Society of the United States. He was living in one of many tiny cells, in a puppy mill in Sampson County, North Carolina. Like many rescues, he’s had a new lease on life in the form of his adopter, Megan Bliss. Here’s his story and please donate to help save other animals like Ricky Bobby and others.
