Here you are just a short video about the 2013 Audi R18 E-Tron Quattro, fitted with the bodywork they’ll use for the next 24 hours of Le Mans (“long-tail” version), making some very fast fly bys at Monza Circuit. The track has been modified (the first chicane has been “cutted”) for the occasion in order to allow Audi to test their car driving at high speeds for the upcoming 24 hours of Le Mans. If I’ve done correctly the calculations the R18 was going at about 330 km/h (204mph) when there are the signs that indicate the braking point before the first chicane so I’m quite sure it can easily reach 340 km/h before the long turn.
