Just got word that Global Rallycross is looking to further expand there Race series with a spec class. Using the OMSE Super Lite car that we caught at SEMA. These Super Lites will be a spec car with a lower running cost than the Supercars.
“This concept is exactly what is needed to continue to propel the growth of GRC,” said Colin Dyne, GRC CEO. “It will give new drivers a chance to make a name for themselves in cars that are serious race-cars in their own right before they step into the Supercar class.”
Want to get behind the wheel of a Super Lite? GRC and OMSE plan an open test of the cars on January 11-12 at Elsinore Speedway in Lake Elsinore, CA. For more information, please contact Chip Pankow at +1.213.745.2123 or cpankow@global-rallycross.com.Info gained from: PR News Wire
