The Schranz family has been racing Pikes Peak for generations and I am proud to call both Layne and father Randy – friends of mine. It is with great pleasure that all of us at My Life at Speed get to help showcase this great video of patriarch, Randy Schranz, highlighting his 2011 Pikes Peak International Hill Climb run at the Mountain in his propane fueled Cobra. Schranz would go on to win the Open Division – Propane Powered – with a time of 11:55:132. Enjoy and share!! – GT
