BAJA 1000

PRO Ironman Tony Gera Pre-Running the Baja 500

PRO Ironman Tony Gera Pre-Running the Baja 500

This year’s Baja 500 proved to be one of the toughest in memory. The Baja Peninsula would see the highest temperatures in 20 years, reaching highs of 127 degrees. PRO Ironman, Tony Gera, won the SCORE International San Felipe 250 and would attempt all 500 miles on his own on a classic, Kawasaki KX500 2-stroke motorcycle. Tony, an accomplished technician, built the bike with his father and is ready for his second SCORE series win. Ride along with Tony as he practices through some hilly sections in Valley de la Trinidad of the Baja 500. Get reactions and race results at www.geraracing.com.
