Ducati Girl Courtney – Maxim Magazine Hometown Hottie Contest Contestant and Our My Life at Speed Girl

Courtney was one of the beautiful Ducati Girls for the 2012 Pikes Peak International Hill Climb. For those of us on the mountain that day, we know it was a long one. Courtney took pictures with fans and competitors, but she was a trooper and a great representative for Ducati, as she braved the long day and elements with a smile. She is one of those people that even though so pretty, made everyone feel comfortable and welcome.

Courtney is from Fort Collins, Colorado and we want to help support her efforts to win the Maxim Magazine’s Hometown Hottie Contest (links below on how to vote for Courtney) – let’s show everyone that a Pikes Peak Ducati umbrella girl has what it takes to win the vote.

My Life at Speed asked Courtney about her experience at the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb. Her is what she had to say:

The 2012 International Pikes Peak Hill Climb was my first time experiencing the race that started 90 years ago and has become the second oldest race in the country. I have lived in Colorado my whole life, growing up in Fort Collins, and have never heard of nor attended this awesome race and event. I was honored to  work for Ducati and be the official umbrella girl for Greg Tracy, who is a 6 time winner of the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb. The fans of Greg and Ducati that came out to support their riders and racing effort on the mountain were amazing!  I had the best time meeting everyone and taking pictures. I can’t wait for the race next year.

I am currently competing in the 2013 Maxim Magazine’s Hometown Hottie Contest and I made it through the first round to the semi-finals. The semi-final voting is happening now and you can vote once a day until Monday Aug 27th. If I make it to the finals it would be a dream come true and to show the nation that Colorado has a hometown hottie…especially that loves Pikes Peak!!!

Thank you – Courtney.

My Life at Speed Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer, Chris Nazarenus, had a chance meeting with key executives at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway in 1998. It would be the "Jerry McGuire" moment that would change her life forever. Although she knew nothing about motorsports at that time, the chance meeting would influence her passion for all things fast, great stories and interesting people. That's what you will find here at My Life at Speed.
