During the 2012 SEMA Global RallyCross practice session, Jimmy Keeney would not be able to get the car into 3rd gear going up the jump.  Without the correct speed for the jump, Keeney would go “nose first” off the gap hitting the landing.  He walked to the ambulance and was taken to the hospital for precautionary measures, but it would be later reported that he has a cracked vertebrae in his lower back.
