The Bugatti Veyron is without a doubt, one of the most amazing cars ever built.  This documentary produced for National Geographic Channel in 2009 takes us through the step-by-step process of its production.  It also includes interviews with the engineers who designed almost every aspect of the car: its engine, tires, brakes, cooling system and rear wing.  So much care goes into the car’s construction and the choice of materials too, for example using titanium for some components instead of steel.  For all the high level technology that went into the design and construction of the Bugatti Veyron’s parts, it’s actually put together by hand.  No wonder it’s also one of the most expensive cars in the world!
